Return Policy

1. Returns

Paltrend will accept returns of unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, except where mandatory consumer‑protection law provides otherwise.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Certain categories (such as customized items, perishable goods, or hygiene‑sensitive items) may be non‑returnable where indicated on the product page, in line with applicable law.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice).

If you wish to request a return, please contact us through our Contact page or the email/phone provided on the website, stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or other contact method that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (where technically possible) or another method agreed with you.

  • A credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment‑service provider’s processing times.

Shipping costs may be non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, receiving a defective, damaged, or wrong item), in which case we may cover the return shipping in accordance with applicable consumer‑protection rules.


3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit‑card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the details on our Contact page so we can investigate.


4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift voucher or store credit will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser, who will then be informed about the return.


5. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you must first submit a return request within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once your return is authorized:

  • We will provide you with return instructions, which may include a return label or the address to which you should send the product.

  • You must pack the item securely in its original packaging (where possible) and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or other agreed method) in accordance with the “Refunds” section above.

Depending on the reason for the return and local consumer‑protection rules, you may be responsible for return‑shipping costs, except where the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, in which case we may bear these costs as required by law.
