1. Orders & Products
1.1 How do I place an order?

Browse the categories and select the product you want.

Choose the required options (such as size, color, quantity) and click Add to Cart.

Go to your cart and click Checkout.

Fill in your shipping details and choose your payment method, then confirm the order.
1.2 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and our team will let you know if changes are still possible.
1.3 The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?
If a product is out of stock, you can:

Check back later, as we regularly update our stock; or

Contact us to ask about the expected restock date or possible alternatives.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Which areas do you ship to?
Paltrend ships orders within Palestine (West Bank and other serviceable areas), and in some cases to additional locations if specified on the Site or at checkout.
Available destinations, carriers, and delivery times will be shown during checkout.
2.2 How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location, product availability, and the chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout, and you will receive updates once your order is shipped.
2.3 How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are usually calculated based on:

Selected shipping method or courier.
You will see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.
2.4 How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you a notification that may include a tracking number or link (if provided by the carrier).

3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in line with our Return Policy and applicable consumer‑protection rules.
Some products (for example, customized or hygiene‑sensitive items) may not be eligible for return and will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
3.2 How do I request a return?
To request a return:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

3.3 When will I receive my refund?

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or another agreed method), within the timeframe set by your bank or payment provider.
3.4 Who pays for return shipping?
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for return:

If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we may cover return shipping as required by law.

For returns due to change of mind (such as wrong size or color choice), you may be responsible for return shipping fees, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Payment options may vary based on your location and the current partnerships with payment providers.
4.2 Is it safe to pay online?
We work with trusted payment providers and use secure connections (such as HTTPS) to protect your payment data during transmission.
Card details are processed through the payment gateway and are not stored in plain text on our servers.
5. Accounts & Newsletter
5.1 Do I need an account to place an order?
You can usually place an order as a guest or by creating an account.
Creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save addresses, and view your purchase history.
5.2 How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can subscribe by entering your email address in the newsletter subscription box available on the Site.
To unsubscribe, click the “unsubscribe” link in any newsletter email or contact us to remove your email from the list.

We do our best to display product images and colors accurately, but differences in screen settings may cause slight variations.
